Video showing a process and order guide how you can get your very own custom street art style stencil art portrait, made to order from any photo. In this particular example the customer wanted to buy a birthday gift for his girlfriend who happens to love Albert Einstein. This video will give you an insight into the art stencil making process that goes into every stencil art portrait that is completed by Yourfaceonvinyl.com. Each photo must be converted into a print friendly stencil image that is then carefully cut out using a Stanley knife. In this particular example the art piece is made up of 6 color layers which were chosen to the customer’s specification. The background color is a shocking pink splatter neon paint splash effect.

The other request was that it must contain the color ‘pink’, so as you can see the background is a textured UV neon type shocking pink and to keep a nice balance and good contrast the main portrait is sprayed in a grey and dark blue and black tone.

In this photo you can see the preview image that were sent to the customer for approval alongside the finished product.

The stencils of dogs were made as a portrait art birthday gift. They were completed within 2 weeks and sent back to the customer with express international shipping option (2-5 days delivery time). They were completed by myself Vinni K, in Bangkok, Thailand and shipped to the state of California, USA.

Actually i cannot tell you too much about who these dogs are or what these dogs do, but i can tell you that as you can see for yourself the results are very close to the real thing. YFOV is taking part in a show especially about art produced on or using vinyl 12” records.

It’s opening on the 4th of June (for 2 weeks) in the Funhouse Gallery Detroit. It also happens to be the opening party for the Gallery as well. The organizer of the gallery contact your face on vinyl to take part in the show, it’s been a good few months in the making and so we are very excited to be exhibiting a mix of old and new work. Any work left unsold will be posted on the website for purchase (which will also symbolize the launch of the web store – fingers crossed!)

This is an example of a carefully planned out order from your face on vinyl. The client told us he’d like to give his friends “the ultimate wedding gift”… We don’t take the word “ultimate” lightly. We asked the client to send over some images of the happy couple and sat on it for a bit. Actually this is the first time YFOV got an order of such prestige. As we’ve stated before your happiness is our reward (the money doesn’t hurt either).

The website will now be in a wordpress style format so that we can keep you more up to date with things that are happening with yourfaceonvinyl.com although we had many long years using zen cart we’ve decided to make the switch. Also we’ve ditched 1and1 in favour of are long standing previous host company ipowerweb.com
